Enric Bertolín i Ponsa

Enric Bertolín is a lawyer.

He has a Law degree from the University of Barcelona (1993-1998).

He completed a postgraduate course in white-collar crimes at the Ramón Llull University (ESADE).

He is a qualified to exercise in the Juvenile Criminal Jurisdiction, accredited by the Consell dels Iltres. Col.legis d'Advocats de Catalunya.

He speaks Spanish, Catalan and English.

He has worked for B.R Abogados Asociados (1998-2001) and Landwell PricewaterhaouseCoopers (2001-2004).

He has been actively involved in teaching since 2000, as a lecturer at the Centro de Estudios Jurídicos de la Administración de Justicia [the Administration’s Center for Legal Studies] (2001-2004), in the Master in Criminal Law of the Col.legi d'Advocats de Barcelona (2005-2008), the Master in White-collar crimes of ESADE (2005-2009), the Master in Clinical Legal Psychology of the Universidad Internacional de Catalunya (2008-2011) and the Master in Criminal Litigation UAB (since 2013), as well as in the training centres of the Spanish National Police and Civil Guard.

He joined Morales Abogados Penalistas in May 2004.
