Executive SecretaryEmma Ollé holds the position of Executive Secretary.
Graduated as a Specialist Technician in Secretarial Administration at the Lestonnac Technical Institute (1992-1997).
During her tenure in the field of tax law, she completed various training courses such as Wolters Kluwer A3Ren specialized in Personal Income Tax and Wealth Tax, a course on VAT and Withholding Taxes, and other special taxes, as well as supervision of topics in TEAR, TEAC, AEAT, and other official statements.
In the field of university academic management-intranet, she has conducted courses at ESADE and UAB.
Proficient in Document Management Systems such as Infolex legal manager Thomson Reuters Aranzadi, Kleos from La Ley, and familiarity with NetDocuments.
She is fluent in Spanish, Catalan, Italian, English, and has a basic understanding of French.
She has worked at B.R Penal Lawyers (1997-1998), Gomariz, R & Carballeda (1998), and Inverfiscal with Luis Carballeda Galán (1998-2005).
She joined Morales Abogados Penalistas in January 2005 and remains there to date.
